Needle is an AI-powered resume matching platform specifically designed for strategic and leadership hiring. The service helps founders, executive recruiters, and HR leads find and evaluate top leadership talent. The service includes:

• Resume upload and processing capabilities (10 resumes for Starter, 100 for Pro)
• AI-powered candidate matching and ranking for leadership roles
• Suitability scoring with detailed justifications
• Dashboard for viewing and managing results
• Candidate scorecards with identification (Pro tier)
• Executive summaries with hiring insights and trends (Pro tier)
• Custom evaluation criteria functionality (Pro tier)
• Export functionality in PDF or DOCX format

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

All plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Usage-based pricing may apply for organizations exceeding standard seat or upload thresholds. Payments are non-refundable except as specified in a written agreement. Discounts for annual commitments are available upon request.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Needle be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
